Summary

Structures the funding for U.S. Intelligence Activities. This bill has two contentious provisions - one that informs congress when its leaders are given classified briefings, and another which requires a detailed report on U.S. clandestine detention facilities. It also creates an inspector general for for the office of the director of national intelligence. /1/
