Summary

This bill would establish a Presidential Office of Energy Security, would establish credit for production of flexible fuel vehicles, would establish incentives for sale of alternative fuels for vehicles (ethanol) and would guarantee that fuel sales franchisees could install alternative (ethanol) fuel pumps etc.

Background

This is a move to support the development of ethanol as an alternative to gasoline for vehicle fuels. This is a pure renewable energy play.
