Protects Social Security and Disability benefits from reduction or loss of COLAS


Prevents Congress from considering legislation that would reduce current benefits in the old age, survivors or disability income provisions. Additionally protects future Cost of Living Increases (COLAS) from being withheld or reduced from current calculations.
