Summary
To provide for the protection of members of the United States Armed Forces and for their withdrawal from Iraq by December 31, 2007.
Background
WOOLSEY (CA) and many others have published a draft/1/ of a more comprehensive Bill containing provisions to rescind the Military Authorization of 2003 and bring the troops home. That Bill is not yet (18Jan) visible in Thomas . NADLER introduced this simpler bill which will most certainly be subsumed by the more comprehensive Bill when Introduced.
