Extends requirements of monitoring and reporting of illegal content and the activities of registered sex offenders to individual blogs and websites. ISPs already have such requirements.

In the current text of the bill as reported on Thomas, there is no mention of either blogs or "commercial websites". Apparently that language has been removed.
